Dear friends, here are the most important
news in brief: the annual RBI general body meeting will be held on the 9th of
Oct 2009 at 18.30 in in Klaswipper 30, 51688 Wipperfürth.
We will elect a new board of directors. Right now there is Heike
Strombach as president and Lamia Hariri as vice president!
Afterwards
a Party to celebrate the extension of our center with the new studio in the
basment and the roof and a new room for massage!
The german institut of Rebirthing and
integrational breath work was founded! Members are Ralf Lieder, Lamia Hariri,

Die Wahrheit über Tetanie
beim bewussten Energie Atmen

Tetanie ist ein physisches Symptom von Krämpfen
oder Lähmungen, das häufig auftritt, wenn Menschen lernen, besser zu atmen. Es
wird durch lebenslanges eingeschränktes Atmen verursacht.
Die Wahrheit,
hilfreich zu wissen, ist: einigen Leuten macht dies Spass,
für andere ist es interessant und für andere kann es vorübergehend schmerzhaft
sein. Es mag nicht so schlimm sein, wie zum Zahnarzt zu gehen, aber es kann
Angst machen und unbequem sein. Schmerz ist der Einsatz, den wir brauchen, um
an einem negativen Gedanken oder Gefühl festzuhalten.
Wie dem auch sei,
während das Atmen tiefe Entspannung bewirkt, können die Menschen vielleicht
nicht die negativen Gedanken oder Gefühle, die diese Tetanie
hervorruft identifizieren; das was den Körper dazu bringt, sich zusammen zu
ziehen. Die Quelle der Schmerzen ist gespeicherte Anspannung, die auch
als emotionale Energieverschmutzung bezeichnet werden kann. Der Atem-Rhythmus
bringt aber Entspannung und diese Entspannung löst die Angst und den Schmerz
auf. Dies geschieht auch, wenn die Gedanken und Gefühle noch nicht bekannt
sind. Die einfachste Art, diese Angst und Schmerzen zu beseitigen, ist sich
dahinein zu entspannen und bereit zu sein, sie aufzulösen. Ein entspannter,
verbundener Atem-Rhythmus löst jedes mal, wenn die Tetanie auftritt, den Schmerz auf. Niemand weiß vorher, wer
Schwierigkeiten mit der Tetanie während einer
Atemsitzung haben wird. Aber es ist klar, je schneller die Leute die Angst
auflösen, und es als Spaß ansehen können, nur als eine interessante Empfindung,
die sie wegatmen können, um so schneller meistern sie die Tetanie
und sie kommt nicht wieder. Krämpfe sind angesammelte Anspannung, Stress,
Angst, negative Gedanken und Gefühle.
Die meisten Leute
lassen die Krämpfe oder das Unwohlgefühl in den ersten ein bis drei
bewussten Atem-Sitzungen für immer hinter sich. Manchmal kommt Tetanie auch bei Auflösungen von großen emotionalen
Mustern, wenn diese zur Oberfläche kommen, oder wenn wir zuviel emotionale
Energieverschmutzung aufnehmen von anderen Leuten.
Jeder sollte die
spirituelle Reinigung mit Erde, Feuer, Luft und Wasser, dem Verstand und der
Liebe, lernen. Dies ist die große Wissenschaft vom Leben und der
Lebendigkeit. Alle Leute, die bewusstes Energie- Atmen gelernt haben,
sagen, dass dies die wertvollste Fähigkeit ist, die sie jemals kennen gelernt
haben. Die meisten Menschen können dies in zehn 1 bis 2 Stunden dauernden
Sitzungen mit einem gutem Atemlehrer lernen.

The truth about
Tetany in Conscious Energy Breathing

Tetany is a physical symptom of cramps or paralysis
which is fairly common when people are learning to breathe better. It is caused
by a lifetime of inhibited breathing.
The truth about it that is useful is this: for some
people it is fun, for some people it is interesting and for some people it can
be temporally painful. It may not be as bad as going to the dentist, but it can
be fearful and uncomfortable.
Pain is the effort of clinging to a negative thought
or feeling. However, while breathing that induces deep relaxation, people
might not be able to identify the thoughts or feelings that are the cause of
the fear that is actually causing their body to constrict. The source of the
pain is the stored tension which can also be described as emotional energy
pollution.
The breathing rhythm, however, induces relaxation and
relaxation releases and eliminates the fear and pain. This happens even if the
thought or feeling is not clear yet.
The easiest way to eliminate fear or pain if it does
occur during the breathing sessions is to relax into it and be willing to
release it. A relaxed, connected breathing rhythm automatically releases the
pain every time that tetany occurs.
No-one can tell who will have difficulty with tetany
during breathing sessions. But it is clear that the sooner people are no longer
afraid of it and can view it as fun – just an interesting sensation that can be
breathed away, the sooner they master tetany, it no longer occurs.
Tetany is stored stress, tension, fear, negative
thoughts and feelings.
Most people get beyond tetany or discomfort in one to
three Conscious Energy Breathing sessions. And sometimes it can occur when a
big emotional pattern comes to the surface or when we absorb too much emotional
energy pollution from other people. Everyone can learn spiritual purification
with air, water, fire, earth, mind, and love. This is the great science of Life
and Aliveness.
All People who learn conscious energy breathing say it
is the most valuable ability they ever learned. Most people can learn it in ten
1 to 2 hour sessions with a good Rebirther teacher
